I have been selling and managing Bank Owned Properties for over 12 years and together, my team and I have over 75+ years of combined experience.  I have a solid group of vendors which I work closely with to manage and prepare the properties for sale.

All properties are presented in good condition with a full analysis by a licensed contractor of all repair needs and recommended repairs to attain best market price. Throughout the process my team and I perform property checks every two weeks. We are well skilled in maintaining, marketing, and preserving foreclosed properties. Our properties over $500,000 receive extra marketing attention with special promotion materials and mailings. We also work closely with Buyer’s Agents to expose the home to more leads and sell our properties.

We work with various local and national banks as well as servicing companies.  We are financially able to cash flow the ongoing foreclosure maintenance. We make sure all properties have electricity, water and that the lawn is mowed. We keep HOA information on file and request estoppels when possible.
